Springdale Creek Indian Burial Ground To the east of Springdale Rd at the Cotton Indian Creek bridge just east of The Clayton County Res.  Along the creek bank are a large number of  Indian Burial sites.  The sites were investigated back in the early 1950’s and many Artifacts were recovered and taken to the University of Georgia for identification. The burial sites date to about 300 years according to the investigators.
