This very old cemetery is located as a split cemetery at Emmaus Church on Emmaus Ch Rd off Sims Rd just south of Hwy 54 and east of I-85. The cemetery in front of the church contains 5 box graves in very good condition. The cemetery to the rear of the church is in very good condition and contains the graves of several CSA soldiers and the graves of some of the early pioneers to this area. They are the Keith and Sims familys.
This cemetery is located in Troup County and is just outside the city limits of Hogans ville. It is very well maintained by the church and appears to be in no danger.
