This large cemetery is across the road from the church at the corner of Hwy 212 and Hwy 20 and Browns Bridge Rd. This cemetery has some very old graves as well as new ones. The cemetery and church began at the Peachstone Shoals along the South River in the early 1800's. The church moved and thus people began to be buried here. Today there is road improvements being done and as the graves are so close to the road some of them might be in eminent danger of this construction. There is already an orange fencing around the cemetery that is upon several graves. This cemetery will be watched and further updates will be included about this site.
