| "Woodland Indian Period"
The Woodland Period gave birth to the Mound Builder's across the Southeastern and Midwestern United States. There have been some small Woodland sites already found in the area, as well as, artifacts. In the following, will be discussions of Woodland Period sites in the Henry County area. There will also be examples of Woodland Period artifacts found across central Georgia.
